Based from our Knightsbridge office, our Super Prime Lettings team are looking to hire a Lettings Negotiator at Associate or Partner level to focus on the Prime Central London market. This is an exciting and rare opportunity that will give you privileged access to let some of London’s highest value property as well as supporting our Prime Central London offices to win pitches and contribute to the onward success of an award winning, market dominating team.

Responsibilities

 

Business Generation and Fee Income

 

  • Ability to bank at least £1m per annum in new business, and be comfortable in achieving this level of target
  • Significant track record and confidence in handling and maintaining strong relationships with UHNW’s
  • Obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve business targets.
  • Supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in the placing of properties on the market. Constantly evolving the market leading position of this team.
  • The finding of suitable tenants and being capable of independently negotiating the letting of London’s highest value property.
  • Maintain a high and professional profile in the PCL/UHNW community, continually alert to business opportunities.

 

Client Care

 

  • Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that lettings are managed in an efficient and professional manner. These are often complex transactions with multiple parties involved – highly effective communication is essential.
  • Be sensitive to changes in the local market and respond effectively to clients and applicants, offering them unparalleled advice.
  • Understanding the needs of our highest value clients and overdelivering on every aspect. This is a high performance environment.
  • Absorb all aspects of information technology systems in the office and have an understanding of their broader applications and availability in the division. Challenge the business leaders to constantly be at the forefront of technology.
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.

 

Professional experience and personal skills profile

 

Career Experience Required

 

  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, 7-10 years dealing with high value assets.

 

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

 

  • Literate and numerate
  • Confident, enthusiastic and eloquent communication skills
  • Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and perform exceptionally as an individual.
