Knight Frank is looking to recruit for an Lettings Associate into their prestigious St John's Wood office.

The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity to join our established team, letting homes in the St John's Wood and surrounding areas. We take pride in offering the best service to landlords and tenants, and we're seeking a team member who shares our commitment to excellence. We're looking for someone ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day tenant interactions, including generating viewings and securing property lets.
- Obtain instructions on properties meeting quality standards and quantity targets.
- Maintain accurate records on our internal database.
- Handle enquiries from various channels professionally.
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and follow up on feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Associate or Valuer.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Proven track record in closing deals.
- ARLA qualified
- Knowledge of St John's Wood and/or North London areas is advantageous, along with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values, and competition
