We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage day-to-day tenant interactions, including generating viewings and securing property lets.
  • Obtain instructions on properties meeting quality standards and quantity targets.
  • Maintain accurate records on our internal database.
  • Handle enquiries from various channels professionally.
  • Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and follow up on feedback.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Associate or Valuer. 
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Proven track record in closing deals.
  • ARLA qualified
  • Knowledge of St John's Wood and/or North London areas is advantageous, along with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values, and competition
