Knight Frank is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join our Residential Lettings Accounts department on a 3 month fixed term contract.

Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.

 

Role:

Based in our London HQ, this role involves transaction processing for the Lettings Accounts Team, including posting Tenant and Landlord receipts, preparing banking sheets and carrying out bank reconciliations. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Post tenant and landlord receipts.
  • Tenant arrears chasing.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare banking Spreadsheet and banking receipts.
  • Process credit/debit card payments.
  • Post supplier invoices.
  • Chase client fees arrears.
  • Resolve client, tenant and office queries.
  • Various administration tasks.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • ARLA qualified
  • Minimum 6 months accounting experience in a similar role (Preferable)
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience in a lettings agency as a client accountant.
