Knight Frank Kensington sales office is looking for a highly ambitious, experienced, real estate professional to join our long standing and exceptional team at Associate or Partner level. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to build on an already outstanding and market leading platform. Knight Frank Kensington is a strategic office within our central London network – a high performing and high achieving office.


You will have 4+ years’ experience operating in the prime central London sales market. You will be a collaborative individual, who has exceptional client management and engagement skills and will be eager to provide a best in class service. We are looking for someone with proven skills, demonstrating drive, grit and hunger to carve out a stimulating career.


In this Associate / Partner Kensington prime role you will be responsible for:




Business Generation & Fee Income


  • Obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets
  • Find buyers and negotiate the sale of properties
  • Understand the district and have a sound knowledge of contemporary property values together with a keen awareness of local competition
  • Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard


Client Care


  • Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner
  • Maintain a high profile in the community in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients


Professional Standards


  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership
  • Be responsible for all outstanding monies in relation to properties sold




  • Perform other tasks delegated by the Partner in charge as required
  • Liaise with members of other departments and get to know the individuals and their markets both for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations and also to keep an eye on cross selling of business
  • Liaise with other departments when required

  • The experience, ability and enthusiasm to make and maintain contacts for the profitable development of business locally
  • Dedicated sales professional with experience of a sales agency environment
  • The ability to contribute to the formulation of business strategies with the Partner in charge for the development of the district/sector and implement them positively
  • The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated tasks
  • The ability to comprehend and make use of computers and information technology
  • A willingness and flexibility to work loyally as part of a team
  • Previous experience working in the central London area would be advantageous.
