Here at Knight Frank we have been working with a number of groups both internally and externally for a number of years to bring our employer brand to new audiences and to improve the lived experience of underrepresented groups in our firm and the property industry more widely. 


Excitingly we have reached a point in our journey where we have commitment from all levels of the business to hire an expert in this field to add further sophistication and direction to the many enthusiastic efforts that are taking place within the business and to shape our strategy for the future globally.


We are looking for someone who can constructively challenge in the boardroom and engage our internal networks. An individual to take responsibility of our employer brand to attract a broad range of talent to Knight Frank.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Working with our external employer brand consultants and the Head of Group Recruitment to ensure that all external touchpoints on Knight Frank both UK and globally, represent our employer brand and ambitions in this regard.


  • Lead our employer values & brand champions programme with 40 global champions annually to maximise our brand via social and other media.


  • Working in partnership with the People Strategy Boards (initially in the UK and then globally), the HR leadership team and the People Boards (initially in the UK and then globally) to set goals and deliver on projects that improve inclusion, diversity and belonging at Knight Frank, particularly amongst under-represented groups across the firm.


  • Chair the Business Balance Leads Group and report to the UK People Strategy Board on all things inclusion and diversity and to support the various Balance Leads in project managing the events and communications with the support of the Assistant to the Group Head of HR.


You will be a recognised leader and contributor to the employer brand, inclusion and diversity space. You will be confident and able to interact with people of all levels from a range of backgrounds both internally and externally. You will be enthusiastic, driven and able to prioritise. You will be able to influence and advise senior leaders in the business to achieve desired outcomes. Finally, you will have excellent communication skills, taking pride in the presentation of your work.
