Based in our Queens Park office, the London Sales department is looking to recruit an Office Head to oversee the profitable management of the office and lead the Sales team in Queens Park.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with extensive knowledge of the Queens Park and North/West London property markets. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading market appraisals, developing a successful sales business, and managing buyers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Secure instructions within agreed guidelines to meet business targets.
- Oversee all outstanding financial matters related to client transactions.
- Lead and inspire a team of negotiators to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a strong presence in the market to generate introductions to potential clients.
- Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with the Sub-Divisional Head.
- Ensure efficient administrative processes and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
- Conduct thorough research and present findings professionally in written reports.
- Build and nurture client relationships, maintaining confidentiality and trust at all times.
- Take responsibility for delegated management tasks.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Sales Manager or Office Head role.
- Strong local knowledge of the Queens Park area is highly advantageous.
