Knight Frank are looking to hire a HR Operations Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day running of their HR Operations department.
This department is a transactional shared service centre for Knight Frank’s UK business, which is responsible for maintaining the people data held in our HRIS and processing people changes across the various stages of the employee lifecycle. Key actions include the processing of new starters, leavers and transfers as well as changes associated with our HR policies, such as flexible working requests and maternity leave.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the shared service HR Operations department
- Provide line management, support and development to the HR Operations team
- Ensure that routine processes are achievable and delivered in line with agreed SLAs
- Act as a point of escalation for complex and non-routine matters, as well as matters deemed sensitive and / or of critical importance
- Establish and maintain appropriate QA processes for all outputs
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the HRIS and all key HR Operations processes
- Provide support and cover for the team on an exceptional basis by processing tickets – at times of peak demand or high employee absence
- Utilise MI to ensure workload is distributed and prioritised effectively and to monitor and manage the performance of the team
- Review and manage requests from across the Firm for adhoc and routine reporting from the HRIS
- Conduct regular reviews of all HR Operations processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose
Required Experience
- Significant experience in HR Operations, gained in a volume, transactional environment
- Knowledge of best practice across HR operations, with recruitment, and talent management also desirable
- Line management (circa 5 to 10 direct reports)
- Hands on experience with HR Information Systems. Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of ServiceNow desirable but not essential

- Knowledge of best practice across HR operations, with recruitment, and talent management also desirable
