Responsibilities

 

Project Co-ordination:

 

  • Project support including organising meetings, creating project trackers, supporting on the creation of relevant documents, uploading documents to Teams, etc. 
  • Assisting and supporting the project manager
  • Producing the relevant paperwork/presentations for relevant Boards.
  • Produce spreadsheets and/or presentations for relevant meetings
  • Liaising with stakeholders to determine the project’s objectives.
  • Keeping project schedules up to date 

 

HR Generalist support:

 

  • To provide administrative support to the Commercial HR Business Partner team
  • Support on admin tasks as and when required
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Log all HR Support tickets on behalf of the Commercial HR Business Partner team and follow up weekly.
  • Diarise meetings required on behalf of the Commercial HR Business Partner team
  • Support the Commercial HR Business Partner team with managing and processing family leave.
  • Co-ordinate the weekly team meeting and update the actions.
  • Support the HR Business Partners with processing DocuSign documents such as Consultancy and Secondment Agreements.
  • Produce monthly dashboards for Commercial HR Business Partner team
  • Create templates for presentations
  • Finalise templates required by the Commercial HR Business Partner team
  • Liaise with Office Managers on behalf of Commercial HR Business Partner team in order to process any people actions such as resignations.

 

Qualifications/Education Required

 

Career Experience Required:

 

  • 2 years admin experience (ideally within an HR function)
  • Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
  • Excellent standard of English grammar and pride in presentation of work.
  • Extremely well organised with excellent administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Possesses an excellent standard of English grammar and takes pride in presentation of work.
  • Strong cultural fit with high energy and work ethic, enthusiastic, takes the initiative, authentic in style and thrives in a fast-moving client focused environment.
  • Good communicator to a variety of individuals.
