Reporting directly to the Lead HR Business Partner for Business Services, this role will be at the heart of the people strategy in order to support the business in creating a competitive advantage through market leading operational services and forward thinking strategic workstreams.

The operational focus of the role is to partner the business to recruit, develop and engage exceptional talent and support each individual to define their journey to meet their own aspirations and those of Knight Frank.


This is a senior hire within the HR department to support the Lead HRBP and the team for Business Services across a period of change. The successful candidate should be prepared to roll their sleeves up and contribute on a tactical level if required.




  • Work closely, develop effective and strong relationships with all the areas of Business Services
  • Proven ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with UK Recruitment, L&D, HR Operations and Early Careers to ensure our business objectives are met and ensuring exceptional operational service levels.
  • Support and be able to take the lead on the annual performance review process for Business Services
  • Support the annual remuneration review process for Business Services.
  • Work with the HR Insights Analyst to understand the data collected from engagement surveys, gender pay gap reporting and other data insights
  • Advise and support the implementation of all projects across Business Services.
  • Support and advise the business on dealing with all employee relation matters.
  • Manage all aspects of HR relating to business restructuring, and TUPE transfers.
  • Support the wider HR Business Partner team with any other tasks or projects.


Experience Required: 

  • 5-7 years’ experience as a HRBP supporting and leading on the full employee life cycle
  • First class stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge across all levels thrives in a fast-moving client focused environment.
  • Agile, flexible and adaptable in thinking and approach
  • Deep technical expertise across talent acquisition, organisational development and Employee Relation matters.
  • The ability to work at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and still demonstrate attention to detail.
  • A strong background in HR policy and practice, ideally CIPD qualified
  • Ability to liaise at all levels within the Firm.
  • Presentation skills to attend different levels of meetings
