Knight Frank is looking to hire a Finance Analyst to work closely with the Finance Business Partner along with department heads and other staff within the fee-earning areas of the business assigned to them.

Role:

The FP&A team within which this role sits is responsible for providing financial and management reporting, planning, analysis and guidance to key stakeholders to help drive optimal decision-making and successful business strategies.

The role will include a mix of financial analysis, including compilation and analysis of datasets, regular reporting, as well as business partnering. This is a great opportunity for a newly-qualified finance professional to join and learn from a highly engaged and embedded team providing support across a range of business units making up >£400m t/o business across Commercial and Residential sectors.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Regular performance updates/presentations for department heads including Management Accounts/P&L reviews.
  • Overseeing and guiding department heads through budget, forecast and LRP (3/5 Year Plan) processes.
  • Ensuring accurate plan (budget/forecast) data is reflected in the system in a timely manner.
  • Ad-hoc financial/scenario modelling.
  • Liaising with Management Accounts, HR, and other teams to answer queries, taking remedial action where required.
  • Regular Work In Progress, Service Line and Other Reporting (task sharing with other Finance Analyst).
  • Wider support for FP&A team as required.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 Years in a Management Accounts/Analysis based role.
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or Qualified/Experienced Financial Analyst
  • Involvement in financial planning processes (budgeting/forecasting/LRP).
  • Track record of supporting non-finance stakeholders.
  • Handling large/complex datasets and identifying anomalies.
  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC, Business Objects (desirable).
