Knight Frank are looking to hire a Facilities Assistant to support the running of their Headquarters, 55 Baker Street.

 

They are a leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896 they now comprise a global network of over 330 offices. 

 

7-hour days with flexibility between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Responsibilities

  • Daily walk rounds of offices to ensure that meeting rooms/breakout area furniture layouts are kept in order.  Ensure walkways/corridors are kept free of obstructions.
  • Ensure terrace is tidy and table & chairs are set out
  • Meeting/presentation room set-ups.
  • Oversea porter who will assist with room set-ups
  • Responsible for the management of the access control cards, liaising with BS Security Team with regards to the production of the cards.  Deal with starters/leavers and temporary staff access cards.
  • Assist with the daily management of the help desk
  • Liaise with OM’s to ensure that all areas of the office are kept tidy at all times.
  • Ensure store rooms are kept tidy and fire escape corridor is kept clear at all times.
  • Removal of bulk rubbish (brochure clear outs etc.) Assist with shredding services when required.
  • Spare key management/procurement.
  • Ensure first aid boxes in HQ are fully stocked.
  • Distribute bulk deliveries, liaising with BS security when necessary.
  • Undertake FM admin duties including management of Permits, cycle store holders and liaison with Landlords management team
  • Liaising with 3rd party contractors when required
  • Provide assistance to FM and any other ad hoc duties as required.
