Knight Frank is looking to hire an Executive Support to provide administrative support for Commercial Valuation & Advisory, working for Emily Miller, Head of Funds. This will be on a fixed term contract for 9 months.

Role:
This is a role is for a highly motivated, results driven Executive Support individual, supporting team members within the Valuations department. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service and assist the wider business support team in ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 executive assistance to multiple partners in the Funds Team.
- Proactively manage diaries and emails for partners.
- Schedule meetings and prepare necessary documents.
- Coordinate internal and external presentations with creative and business development teams.
- Prepare and format documents, including letters, memos, reports, and mailshots.
- Arrange UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries and travel packs.
- Act as an ambassador for the Head of Funds and team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, managers, and employees.
- Assist with biannual business planning in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Coordinate team meetings and take minutes.
- Manage expense claims and budgets for partners.
- Support onboarding of new team members and liaise with HR on requirements.
- Oversee document filing and team organisation on shared systems.
- Provide ad hoc support to the broader team as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and tasks.
Key Experience Required:
- 3+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite software.
