Knight Frank is looking to hire an Executive Support to provide administrative support for the London Capital Markets team.

Role:

This is a role is for a highly motivated, results driven Executive Support individual, supporting team members within the London Capital Markets department.  You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service and assist the wider business support team in ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage schedules, emails, meetings, and calls for Wes End Team Lead until March 2026.
  • Board Meetings: Coordinate meetings and prepare board packs for strategy days.
  • Presentations: Manage internal/external presentations with creative teams, printers, and post room.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare letters, memos, reports, and client documents; accurate formatting, printing, and binding.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise UK and overseas travel, including detailed itineraries and travel packs.
  • Business Planning: Coordinate bi-annual business planning with the Operations team.
  • Financial Coordination: Assist with WIP sheet reconciliation, client invoices, expense claims, and supplier processing.
  • Team Meetings: Attend WIP meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed up.
  • Training: Promote and track mandatory training for the team.
  • New Starters: Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • IT Liaison: Assist the team with troubleshooting system errors.
  • Best Practices: Act as the expert on risk, audit, and compliance management.
  • CRM & BD Support: Assist with corporate CRM and business development pitches.
  • Event Support: Organise and manage events from brainstorming to execution.
  • Information Security: Champion information security policies and procedures, escalating issues as necessary.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
