Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, Events and Production set up, support and run corporate, staff, sport and charity events for the three divisions in the business, Commercial, Residential and Business Services in the UK and Overseas including giving support to the Global Knight Frank network.

This role is a position for an experienced Senior Events Executive who will be responsible for the delivery and development of high-quality in-person and virtual events across the UK, with experience of a high-level of communication and management skills with stakeholders and across campaigns.

 

Working and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders the Senior Event Executive will propose event plans ensuring consistency of the business strategic direction and priorities.

 

Responsibilities

 

General

 

- Work with the Head of Events and Production in the running, management, and implementation of a wide range of events, sport and charity related events

- Manage or help to manage a number of Residential, Commercial, Business Services, GSL, Group & Charity events, both internal and external from inception to completion, bringing creative ideas on how to make the most out of the experience and deliver ROI

- Support the running, management and implementation with the Events Team Managers any large events including some virtual and filming in our Production Studio

- Plan and manage event logistics working closely with Marketing & Research on producing collateral and content

- Proficient user of Monday.com and work closely with relevant marketing teams who will have overall responsibility for marketing campaigns.

 -Manage stakeholder expectations whilst building strong relationships within the business

- Ensure tasks and projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

- Excellent communication and management skills with both internal and external suppliers and agencies to ensure the full support for any events

- Consistently help the team to meet event objectives and feedback to stakeholders

- Support post-event reporting, feedback and budget reviews

- Review, update and put forward new opportunities/venues for future events within the business

- Must be willing to travel overseas for international events

 

Personal Skills 

-                - Event management professional with at least 2-3 years’ experience, ideally within the property industry or a corporate setting in a fast-paced environment

                 - Degree educated and professional marketing qualifications is an advantage

     - Experience of supporting teams organising, running and managing in person, virtual (ON24 or similar platform), internal, corporate, client and charity events

     - Excellent knowledge of Monday.com would be an advantage and all Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, some knowledge of virtual event platforms would be an advantage

     -  Excellent organisational skills and event management with the ability to successfully work across several projects at one time from a 400-person conference to a high-profile dinner or a key publication report launch.

       -  Confident and articulate with good networking skills; able to communicate and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

        - Flexible, adaptable and a co-operative attitude; able to work as part of a team

         - A sense of creativity with an eye for detail and design

        - Pro-active, hands-on. Strong sense of self-motivation
