Job Summary


The role of an Early Careers Co-ordinator is to work closely within the team for the attraction, recruitment and development on the Early Careers Schemes within Knight Frank across the UK. The successful candidate provides support across a variety of Early Careers activities and projects, including organising and planning events, co-ordinating interviews, and managing the candidate experience.

  • Collate information from applications.
  • Track candidate progress during the recruitment process.
  • Responsibility for the experience of candidates who apply for positions at Knight Frank.
  • Responding to website enquires in a prompt and timely manner
  • Scheduling and diary management
      • Appraisals
      • Interviews and assessment centres
  • Arrange training sessions with internal L&D teams as well as external training providers.
  • Planning and executing internal and external events
      • Careers fairs
      • Networking and social events
  • Maintaining and updating data bases




Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience in managing multiple projects, to tight deadlines.
  • Maintaining and updating data
  • Customer service, recruitment or resourcing experience would be of interest.


Personal skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled at working under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft Packages
  • Pro-active, hands-on and a strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation and to external audiences.
  • Able to facilitate and manage meetings.
  • Excellent organisational skills, working efficiently alone and as a part of a wider team.
