Knight Frank are underway with what will be a period of rapid digital transformation across the business ranging from launching new digital service lines, to evolving our existing web-presence, to using AI to understand what a customer wants before they know themselves. Most of what we’ll do in 2019, we’ll be doing for the first time as a brand, so this role will be a fundamental new strategic hire in the department.

This role sits within a 7-person Digital Marketing team, a centralised team that supports our global network of offices. The team has a very clear vision: to increase brand impressions across digital channels, and deliver high quality leads into the business, whilst maintaining our brand reputation.

As part of the digital leadership team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our ever evolving digital media strategy, play a key role in managing our media agency Dentsu, and will be accountable for seeing various new projects through from concept to final results.

Requirements of this role will include:

  • Manage and Lead SEO, PPC and web development projects.
  • Manage our external media agencies.
  • Drive lead generation for qualified business opportunities across multiple B2C and B2B departments
  • Manage testing and evaluate new channels, benchmarking and reporting performance
  • Knowledge of analytics, reporting and continuous improvement across our paid media campaigns.
  • Be business performance expert who is passionate and has the ability to communicate complex and detailed approaches to senior management and stakeholders.
