Responsibilities 

 

 

  • The creation of a digital learning strategy which supports our overall learning vision and supports the business in delivering on its priorities.
  • Take a key role in changing our learning culture; to help install a learning mindset where digital learning happens every day and at the point of need.
  • Manage SuccessFactors platform, including its day-to-day operations and providing necessary support to users.
  • Conduct business needs analysis with key stakeholders in the business and the learning team to understand online learning requirement.
  • Identification and implementation of the best learning technology that will enable us to provide useful performance resources, learning pathways and support our mandatory compliance requirements.
  • Ensure digital learning solutions are designed and delivered in engaging and innovative ways to enhance the user experience.
  • Own the promotion and communication of digital learning; creating awareness, interest and desire for learning and development offerings.
  • Build up and manage a network or partners and advocates in the business to represent our digital learning offer.
  • Manage third party vendors to ensure high quality service and cost efficiency.
  • Manage the digital learning procurement and budget activity.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of online learning to ensure we are delivering return on investment.
  • Line Management of the Digital Learning Design team ensuring project quality and timescales are maintained and their skills developed.

 

Skillset 

 

  • Experience of SuccessFactors functionality and administration highly desirable.
  • Experienced Learning professional with a modern approach to learning (e.g. resources not courses, learning experience design, performance consulting, 'consumer-grade' digital experiences).
  • Effective business partnership and consulting - establishing positive working relationships with stakeholders and build a rapport to become a trusted advisor.
  • Brand creation, marketing, promotion and communication.
  • Future thinking - ability to think and plan ahead with new initiatives and technologies to continue to develop the user learning experience.
  • Good team working capability.
  • Expertise using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong Project Management capability.
  • Experienced in learning analytic and using data to measure business impact.
  • Commercially focused with ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Experience managing a team preferred
