Core Market Manager, Belgravia

We are looking for a Core Market Manager for our Belgravia office.

You will be expected to obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets, find buyers and negotiate the sale of properties and most importantly, understand the area and have a sound knowledge of property values. The ability to build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership will be essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record as a Sales Negotiator and will most likely have previous experience in Central London. They are also likely to have some management capability and the ability to contribute to the formulation of business strategies as well as a willingness and flexibility to work loyally as part of a team. Knowledge of Belgravia, Pimlico and the surrounding area would be advantageous.
