The Role

 

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive who is looking for their next challenge. This is a great role in a team that is helping to drive our Commercial Business forwards


Joining as part of the UK Commercial Marketing team, and reporting to the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager, your core focus will be on the UK market. You will also gain exposure to our global network helping to deliver global and group level marketing initiatives in the UK and supporting UK initiatives to broaden their reach across our network. The role will be based out of Knight Frank’s global HQ in Baker Street.

 

Joining as part of a respected and high performing team, you will have some experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns, owning relationships with key stakeholders within the business and delivering results, insights and recommendations to improve client and market engagement. As we operate as a partnership, you will have regular exposure to senior stakeholders, so good relationship management and influencing skills are a key requirement of this role.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Planning, developing, briefing, project managing and delivering effective marketing campaigns, align to business and campaign objectives and KPI’s.
  • Working alongside colleagues in the PR, Creative Services, Digital, Content, Internal Comms, Research and BD teams to ensure seamless collaboration of expertise.
  • Building and owning relationships with the relevant internal stakeholders across the key Commercial service lines within Capital Markets, Consultancy, Occupier Services and across our UK Cities.
  • Assisting the planning and delivery of research reports to maximise their readership and exposure to relevant target audiences.
  • Delivering marketing outputs on time and on budget, reporting regular updates to your line manager.
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
  • Undertaking ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met, including tactical campaign ROI.
  • Using market and client insights to drive recommendations to develop and optimise marketing activity.
  • Responsibility for creating email campaigns using the branded templates.
  • Ensuring that email contact lists are compliant with GDPR by running the relevant checks.
  • Owning and managing the team’s suite of best practice documentation, templates and creative assets, updating and evolving them as needed.
  • Supporting across the Commercial Marketing team with creation, review and approval of marketing communications.
  • Supporting the Marketing Communications Coordinator network with ongoing training and engagement.

 

Professional Skills and Experience

 

  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong project management/organisational skills.
  • Experience of the full creative process (briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation).
  • Experience in commercial real estate an advantage but not essential.
  • Marketing degree or qualification an advantage but not essential.

  • Experience in demonstrating strong diplomatic and influencing skills.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and sense of team.
  • Skilled at working under pressure.
  • Excellent grammar and spelling.
  • An eye for detail and be very accurate in their work.
  • Strong IT and presenting skills

  • Excellent organisational skills, working efficiently alone and as a part of a wider team.
