Knight Frank LLP is launching a new innovative business venture focused on high-value global real estate auctions, bringing world-class properties to market in an exclusive and competitive setting. To kick start this new venture we looking to engage with self-employed Campaign Managers to run campaigns across France, Italy, Switzerland and Spain.

 

We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.

 

As a freelance Campaign Manager, you will be given the autonomy to oversee entire sales campaigns, taking charge of bidder outreach, property preparation, and event management for a circa 6-week period at each property’s location.

 

Services to be provided:

 

  • Ensure that each property is staged and ready for all showings and Open Houses.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to brokers, introducers and potential bidders, and handle all enquiries.
  • Organise and host Open Houses and reception events to showcase the property.
  • Assist prospective bidders in the registration process, explaining auction details and answering questions.
  • Attend team calls, support ongoing marketing efforts, and provide updates and feedback to the Campaign Business Director.

 

Key Deliverables:

 

  • Maintain property show-readiness throughout the campaign.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the line manager and Business Director.
  • Guide all stakeholders through the auction process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Qualify and rank bidders to ensure a competitive and fair auction environment.
  • Achieving a competitive field of register bidders.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Ability to be on-site at the property’s location for the duration of the campaign.
  • A confident, personable, and professional communicator.
  • Strong background in the luxury services sector, real estate sales, property marketing, or auction management is preferred.
