Knight Frank is looking to hire a Campaign Executive to manage and deliver our BAU, templated marketing activity.

Role:
Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Campaign Executive to join our Delivery & Production team at our Global HQ in Baker Street. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Managers and the delivery team to manage creative briefs through to asset delivery, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, executed beautifully, and on time. You’ll support Campaign Executives, work with the Creative Services team to identify resource needs, and coordinate with third-party partners to deliver templated campaign creatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Tier 2 project workflows from brief to delivery.
- Ensure briefs comply with workflow processes via platforms like Frontify and Monday.com.
- Oversee end-to-end workflow, clarifying briefs and ensuring deliverables, budgets, and timelines are achievable.
- Create project timelines, including Gantt charts on Monday.com.
- Collaborate with the creative services team to secure the best resource partners for projects.
- Work with Channel teams to acquire Content, Social, and Paid Digital assets.
- Brief resource partners accurately and effectively.
- Manage rounds of feedback, limiting to two rounds with consolidated client input.
- Review all work to ensure it aligns with brand standards and quality expectations.
- Regularly update the Campaign Delivery Manager on project statuses.
- Issue change control for scope adjustments, flagging budget and timeline impacts.
- Ensure all assets are uploaded to the DAM (Frontify) with proper tagging and naming conventions.
- Implement campaign reporting/tracking (e.g., UTMs) for inclusion in Power BI dashboards.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify improvements.
- Support Senior Campaign Executives with Tier 1 briefs and provide holiday cover as needed.
Key Experience Required:
- 1+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Good project management skills with the ability to prioritise and successfully work across a number of projects at one time.
- Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
