To support the Executives and Delivery Managers in the delivery of BAU, templated and Campaign marketing activity.

Knight Frank is looking a Campaign Assistant to play an integral part of our Campaign Delivery Team. Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, the Marketing and Communications & Digital (MCD) team provides support and assistance for both UK and International Knight Frank offices, in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns.
Our role is to maximise omni-channel brand impressions that protect and enhance our firm’s reputation while generating high-quality commercial and residential inquiries, globally.
You will be responsible for ensuring our Campaign Executives have the support needed to ensure all work is on brand, beautifully executed and delivered on time.
By collaborating with the Creative Services team on all resource requirements and the Campaign Executives, you will identify the appropriate 3rd party partner to execute and deliver our templated campaign creative and support in the process.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Executives with the workflow of BAU projects, from initial brief to final delivery.
• Supporting the wider team on the management, creation, and delivery of quarterly toolkits for our residential, commercial and international offices.
• Responsible for ensuring correct workflow compliance of all briefs through our creative platform Monday.com.
• Supporting the wider team by driving workflow processes end to end including:
• Briefs contain all core information – i.e., project timelines, cost codes, content, budgets, etc.
• Work with the Campaign Executives to ensure the list of deliverables, budget and deadlines are clear and achievable.
• Collaborating with our creative delivery team to identify and secure the best resource partner for the delivery of each asset/project.
• Raising POs and Invoices for the wider team where necessary.
• Dotdigital approvals for Residential Lettings and support with Central campaigns.
• Collaboration with the Channel teams to receive Content, Social, and Paid Digital assets.
• Support with BAU Marketing requests and their delivery.
• Responsible for updating the Marketing Best Practice Network and responding to any incoming queries.
• Supporting the Executives with correctly briefing our resource partners.
• Supporting the amend process, ensuring we work to two rounds of amends and receive consolidated feedback from our client.
• To support with asset budgets and ensure stakeholders approve any increases or savings.
• Reviewing all work to ensure this is on brand and of the highest quality.
• Take part when required in regular stand-ups with the Campaign Delivery Manager to report the project’s status.
• Supporting the Executive or the BPs with any changes to the original brief. Change control budget and timeline changes are flagged and agreed.
• Ensuring all final assets are uploaded into our DAM (Bynder) and correctly tagged as per our naming conventions.
• To use campaign reporting/tracking (e.g. UTM, campaign codes etc) and ensure they are being picked up in the Power BI dashboard for future reporting where necessary.
• Working with the wider project team and arranging ‘lessons learned’ project wash ups at the end of each campaign so we can continuously improve our service.
• Support the Campaign Executives on managing and delivering Tier 1 briefs and provide holiday cover when needed.
•Build a strong relationship with BPs and gain their confidence through efficient and effective communication and delivery of their campaigns/projects / briefs.
