Knight Frank                                       ThCountry Residential sales division are looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator specialising in Marketing to join the Country Business at Knight Frank. Assisting the Senior Operations Coordinators – Marketing (remote) and the Senior Marketing Executives (based in Head Office) with delivery of the current regional marketing strategy.

With this specialism you will provide a senior level of support to all regions. You will report into the Senior Operations Coordinators – Marketing and the Regional Partners for each region, with day-to-day input from the Marketing Manager and Executive.  

 

Responsibilities  

 

The ideal candidate must be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. 

 

  • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives at local office levels 
  • Build close and effective working relationships with the marketing team, Senior Operations Coordinators, Marketing team, and the local offices 
  • Maintain Knight Frank’s brand position within the regional marketing areas and ensure best in class marketing in our local offices
  • Work closely with the Senior Operations Coordinators to deliver monthly direct mail and email campaigns 
  • Provide social media support, and assist with social content
  • Assist with troubleshooting and general queries from the Business Support Coordinators and Operations Coordinators in the local offices for each region
  • Monitor, audit and report on all property portals to ensure the maximum reach is being achieved  
  • Assist the marketing and SOCMA team with sponsorship events, relevant collateral, and monitoring sponsorship budgets for each region
  • Manage Trustpilot and Google review responses
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure the local offices are identifying and reaching the right target audiences through all channels – Instagram, LinkedIn, Dot Digital and Direct Mail
  • Collate and coordinate the information gathering and sharing between all offices and regions in the Country Business
  • Proofreading and quality control of local office produced marketing materials and collateral
  • Manage and execute office advertising schedules for property and brand adverts 
  • Local property marketing - quality control on digital and online channels including social and website
  • Assist with creating presentations for the wider team for events and board meetings
  • General administrative support on ad hoc tasks within the SOCMA/BSC remit

 

 

Professional experience and personal skills profile

 

  • This role would suit a strong communicator capable of working successfully as a team player, with a professional, helpful and intuitive manner and a genuine interest in property and marketing 
  • You will have a strong desire to immerse yourself in the team and be collaborative, particularly with the local offices and marketing team 
  • The successful applicant will possess the necessary skills and experience to provide and manage an effective support service to the local offices  
  • You would need to have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Entry level and above, with relevant experience in a marketing or administrative role  
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft office and data systems  
  • Willing to travel to your regional offices regularly                    
  • Exceptional grasp of grammar
  • Confident at organisation, working independently and adhering to deadlines
