Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Commercial Valuations team.

Role:
This is a role for a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator. Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Commercial Valuations team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Central London and REF teams, including organising meetings, viewings, and conference calls.
- Act as an ambassador for the team and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Support team finances, including WIP reconciliation, invoicing, expenses, and referrals.
- Attend and minute team WIP meetings, ensuring follow-ups on actions.
- Ensure team members complete mandatory training.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, newsletters, and other documents.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and requests for information.
- Coordinate diaries, book meetings, and arrange conference calls.
- Organise corporate travel, team meetings, conferences, and away days.
- Liaise with IT to troubleshoot system issues for the team.
- Support onboarding, inductions, and appraisals for new and existing team members.
- Assist with risk, audit, compliance, and information security best practices.
- Maintain and update team records, filing systems, and KF platforms.
- Support business development, including pitch creation and coordination with BD teams.
- Organise and attend events for the team or department.
Key Experience Required:
- 2+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated team player.
