Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator to join our Valuation Operations team in supporting the next generation of the business’ technology platform.

Role:

The role involves supporting technology in transforming the business, requiring strong administrative, organisational, and project management skills. It focuses on working with the Valuation Operations team and UK Valuation & Advisory Service Line, assisting Quality Partners in managing and understanding service line technologies and their interconnections. The role requires moderate technical skills, along with the ability to plan and deliver small-scale business outcomes with confidence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the creation and amendments of templates and systems.
  • Assisting in configuring Fastfield mobile App templates according to captured requirements and testing with the business sub-service lines. 
  • Documenting and validating business requirements to update product “backlogs” (lists of future improvements/bugs). Working with the team and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of the product backlogs and understanding of the items they contain.
  • Supporting the business sub-service lines in the creation, amendment and/or refinement of their business processes.
  • Support user acceptance testing and coordinating business user activities, where necessary.
  • Provide second line support in diagnosing and resolving user problems with the products.
  • Update and maintain user guides and documentation.
  • Maintaining a list of UK valuation staff.
  • Provide business support to the ValOps team (diaries, expenses etc).
  • Provide administrative support for the fee quotes, invoicing and reporting process for key UK Banks including; Barclays, Santander, NatWest Group, Lloyds CVN Panel, VAS Panel and HSBC.  This will be for a limited time per week, but provide holiday cover for our Bank Panel Administrator.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
  • Project management.
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience with SharePoint and expert proficiency in MS Office suite.
