Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to join our Residential Development & Investment, Valuation & Advisory.

Role:

Our Residential Development & Investment, Valuation & Advisory are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join the team. We are looking for an individual who can deal with a range of responsibilities, someone who is also highly organised and proactive with a high level of personal initiative. The role will include general administration and support for the team including collaborating with colleagues from across the team and the broader business to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our real estate professional.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing, bad debt reporting, and fee reconciliation.
  • Assist with audit preparations for Ops Managers and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, training, and office updates.
  • Report weekly figures and manage monthly billing schedules.
  • Support Ops Managers with CRM and system functionality.
  • Monitor GDPR compliance and onboard new starters.
  • Conduct Conflict of Interest checks and raise legal tickets.
  • Order Land Registry title checks and attend WIP meetings.
  • Onboard new valuation instructions and create promaps.
  • Format valuation reports and update user drivers.
  • Assist with VAC forms and comparables as needed.
  • Create marketing materials (business cards, CVs, pitch packs).
  • Manage social media, PR requests, and website updates.
  • Organise team events, meetings, and diaries for Vals and Student teams.
  • Prepare reports, agendas, and manage professional memberships and subscriptions.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • 1- 2+ year experience in a similar/support-based role (preferred).
  • Real estate experience (preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
