Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative support for London Tenant Representation & FOS Team based at our Baker Street HQ.

Role:

This is a role for a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator.  Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the London Tenant Representation & FOS Team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the London Tenant Representation & FOS Team, including the Head of Department in the EA’s absence.
  • Act as an ambassador for the team, maintaining strong relationships with clients, managers, and employees.
  • Support financial processes, including WIP sheet reconciliation, invoicing, travel sign-offs, expense claims, and supplier payments.
  • Attend and minute team meetings, ensuring actions are documented and followed up.
  • Assist with training compliance, ensuring all mandatory training is completed.
  • Manage correspondence through audio/copy typing, letters, schedules, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate diaries, internal and external meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with relevant teams to resolve system errors.
  • Support new starter onboarding and leaver processes in collaboration with Operations.
  • Maintain and update contact information, storage systems, and electronic files in compliance with audit standards.
  • Act as an Information Security Champion, promoting best practices and escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide marketing support, liaising with the Marketing Communications Coordinator for event materials, social media management, and brand compliance.
  • Assist with business development, supporting pitch creation, client relationship management, and marketing collateral.
  • Organise and attend team and department events, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Collaborate with other business support teams, offering assistance during high-demand periods to enhance overall efficiency.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • 3+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
