We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to support our Japan Desk team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team, managing a variety of administrative tasks and contributing to a seamless client experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the Operations Manager with timely administration tasks.
  • Prepare bespoke Welcome Packs for new tenants.
  • Send renewal notifications to tenants and liaise with the renewal team.
  • Assist with the Right to Rent check process for tenants and permitted occupiers.
  • Translate English documents to Japanese.
  • Prepare documents and invoices.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the team.
  • Maintain accurate contact information in HUB and Qube.
  • Assist with event organization, including team events and seasonal parties.
  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing Customer Experience initiatives.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent in Japanese (both written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
