The London Residential division are looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator to carry out front of house duties and support the sales and lettings teams in our Knightsbridge office.  You will report into the Operations Manager(s) in London Residential, joining the support team network across the London offices, with day-to-day input from the Knightsbridge Head of Sales and Head of Lettings.

The role is a full-time, Monday - Friday position, however we are open to considering 2 part time opportunities as an alternative.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner
  • Provide an exceptional internal and external customer experience at every interaction
  • Assist customers and offer refreshments
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a timely manner
  • Take accurate messages and assist with enquiries wherever possible
  • Provide keys to contractors and manage secure key system
  • Maintain a tidy office and reception area
  • Prepare the boardroom for meetings when required
  • Assist teams with administration as required
  • Adhere to best practice standards and procedures

 

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

  • Prior experience in a business support, administration or front of house role preferred but not required
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Diligent and efficient with high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
