Knight Frank LLP is launching a new innovative business venture focused on high-value global real estate auctions, bringing world-class properties to market in an exclusive and competitive setting. To kick start this new venture we looking to engage with self-employed Business Developers who have experience in seeking out high-end auction opportunities, initially in France, Italy, Switzerland and Spain.
We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.
As a Business Developer, you’ll be tasked with identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with property sellers, real estate agents, and industry influencers. Beyond new business development, this freelance/contractor role will involve managing high-level negotiations and signing auction consignments with clients.
Services to provided:
- Build lasting client relationships by promoting the business to relevant parties.
- Actively network with local real estate agents and industry leaders to generate a steady flow of suitable property referrals.
- Conduct engaging presentations for brokers and influencers to introduce the businesses unique auction offering.
- Partner with Campaign Managers to oversee auction events.
- Attend team calls, contribute to marketing initiatives, and maintain clear consistent communication.
Key Deliverables:
- Utilise our CRM database and external channels to identify and develop high-quality leads.
- Prepare tailored auction marketing proposals and agreements for new clients.
- Skilfully negotiate and secure auction agreements with new clients to drive regional sales.
Experience:
- Proven ability to autonomously generate leads, negotiate agreements, and manage client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter.
- Background in real estate business development, luxury sales, or auction management preferred.
