  • Management of the company car fleet of c.220 company cars, of which 60 are owned outright by the Proprietary Partners

  • Ensure SAP is always kept up to date with car fleet and benefits changes

  • To be the key point of contact with payroll on all registrations and changes to company benefits 




  • Manage daily car fleet and benefits queries from the business via ServiceNow (query management system)

  • To review and approve all new car orders, in line with the company policy

  • To update SAP with new cars and allocation of vehicles

  • To update SAP with car insurance details to allow drivers to claim mileage

  • To ensure all cars are fully insured, MOT’d and have been taxed

  • Complete licence checks for those driving for business

  • Management of car fleet and benefits invoicing

  • Action and administer new benefits applications and updates for company benefits, including removal for leavers

  • To support with project work adhoc

Professional experience and personal skills profile


  • Previous experience of managing a car fleet of 100+ vehicles

  • Knowledge of car financing and tax implications

  • Process driven, detail orientated and solution provider

  • Strong people and communication skills

  • Self-motivated to prioritise busy work load and competing demands


Systems & IT competence

  • Word

  • Mail Merge proficient

  • Excel

  • Previous knowledge of SAP HRM system advantageous
