Knight Frank is recruiting an Associate to join our European Living Sectors team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of the real estate investment market, collaborating with teams across our European offices to deliver best-in-class advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple European offices, including France, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Benelux, Nordics, and Italy.
  • Lead and manage the deal marketing process from inception to completion.
  • Conduct financial underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution.
  • Perform in-depth real estate, company, and market analysis, leveraging support from junior team members across London and Europe.
  • Develop investment theses based on thorough research, market insights, and analytical expertise.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • A strong commitment to building a career in real estate finance, with a particular focus on housing.
  • Highly proficient in quantitative and qualitative deal analysis, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong market research skills and a passion for contributing to strategic planning and idea generation.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • A team player eager to contribute to the growth of Knight Frank’s European housing advisory platform.

 

Qualifications & Languages:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, either on the buy-side or sell-side.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel modelling and underwriting.
  • Interest in leveraging new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Fluency in a European language, with a preference for French and/or Spanish.
