At Knight Frank there is a new and exciting Asset Manager opportunity focusing on a Central London portfolio. The role will suit someone passionate about the property industry who has the desire to work in a fun, collaborative and fast paced team.


This role offers the opportunity to work on a central London portfolio with a variety of asset classes as an Asset Manager. The portfolio has a number of active and upcoming transactions, lease events and projects. You will play a critical role in shaping and implement asset management strategies for our clients.


You will support transactions from their origination to completion whilst always looking for opportunities to ensure the optimization of assets to achieve relevant strategic and financial goals. You will be working within a growing team within the Property and Asset management department at Knight Frank. The role will involve reporting to the partner leading the instruction and communicate closely with other team members and external third parties. 



  • Provide high quality day to day asset management of central London portfolio.
  • Build and maintain trust with stakeholders foster a proactive and collaborative environment.
  • Assisting with legal review process and working with third parties to see a transaction through completion.
  • Manage leases throughout the term supporting the wider associated teams. 
  • Identifying optimization opportunities across a portfolio and implement successful asset management strategies. 
  • Efficiently produce high quality reporting materials on both a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Pro-active self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 


Experience Required:


  • 2-5+ years PQE working in leasing and transaction.
  • Proven track record of working across a variety of asset classes. 
  • Good understanding of landlord & tenant, property management and development.
  • MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
