An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Valuation & Advisory Department at Knight Frank working in the Valuation Analysis team. Reporting to the Partner, Head of Valuation Analysis. You will be contributing to the preparation of client reports and analysis for both internal and external clients and colleagues from the Valuation & Advisory department.
We are looking for an individual with an analytical nature and excellent attention to detail. Given the nature of the role at times you will need to work to tight deadlines and therefore manage competing priorities accordingly. As the work carried out by the team continues to grow, you will be given the opportunity to develop in the role to ensure that the team continues to offer the level of service required by the business.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of various ongoing periodic and ad-hoc reports in relation to the valuation clients
- Cleansing, collecting and monitoring client data held in numerous databases used to prepare client reports and analytics
- Ensuring consistency of reporting processes and that consistent data sources are being used across all of the reports and analytics being prepared
- Assisting in the continuous development of first-class reports
- Use analytical tools to prepare Dashboards and other Data Visualisations to present performance, geographical and sector split of real estate assets to present client data
Experience:
You must have a good understanding of the characteristics of and ideally experience in the real estate industry. Good analytical background with excel formula base knowledge.
- Essential Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge/Competencies
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of Microsoft applications including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience of Power BI would be helpful
- The capacity for accuracy, attention to detail, an orderly approach to work and numeracy
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
- Methodical and organised approach to work
- Willingness and flexibility to work as part of a team
