Our Property Asset Management team is looking to recruit an Associate into their growing team.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a mixed use strategic property management mandate that is continuing to grow across the UK.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

 

  • All management functions, including rent collection, service charge budget setting and management and diary control.
  • Providing high quality day to day property management advice within the team.
  • Liaising with the property administrator, client accounting team and asset managers (both internal) to ensure all assets are operating efficiently and business is managed in an efficient and professional manner
  • Attending client meetings and provide necessary periodic reporting.
  • Having a strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters undertaking professional work and pursue property management opportunities.
  • Understanding the business and have a sound business knowledge together with a keen awareness of the competition and to maintain a high profile in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients.
  • Building and maintaining goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.

 

You will be MRICS qualified and will have 4-5 years post qualified commercial experience with a strong property management background as well as having the familiarity to work across a variety of asset classes.  You will have the experience, ability and enthusiasm to help deliver first class property management services and provide solutions and options when confronted with new situations and articulate them to a wide and varied audience, including clients, tenants and colleagues.
