Knight Frank is the leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors.  A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Marketing and Community Manager to join our Property Asset Management team.

 

Based in our London Office, the department have a vacancy for a Marketing and Community Manager to focus initially on Central London Estate. The Estate is building on four hundred years of history, is committed to the progressive evolution of its buildings and the streets of East Mayfair in order to help the area to thrive in the long term, for the benefit of all who work, live in or visit the Estate.

 

In the Marketing and Community Manager role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Driving and delivering the Estate’s marketing and communications strategy
  • Working with PR advisors to create and deliver events, activations and press opportunities for both Cork Street and Savile Row
  • Driving the community aspect of the role, to include consulting and building relationships with key occupiers and area stakeholders to ensure buy-in for initiatives
  • Working with pop-up occupiers to oversee the curation of available retail space
  • Working with Westminster City Council and rea stakeholders to develop our relationship
  • Maintaining and enhancing web content for websites
  • Developing and driving forward our social media strategy
  • Evaluation and reporting on activities undertaken
  • Delivering the Estate’s quarterly newsletter
  • Delivering partnership and sponsorship opportunities for both the Estate, Cork Street Galleries and Savile Row brands

 

To be successful in the Marketing and Community Manager role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent proven marketing or branding professional with at least five years’ experience, ideally within a luxury brand or destination marketing in a property company
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage suppliers and agencies
  • Creative with an excellent eye for design and exceptional attention to detail
  • Expertise in digital marketing – email marketing, social media, content marketing and though leadership
  • Basic website HTML / content management systems
  • Strong sense of self-motivation
  • Graduate (or equivalent) with marketing qualification desirable
