Associate, Manager - Kensington Lettings

Knight Frank is looking for an Associate, Manager to come in and run the Core Lettings market up to £2,500 per week in our prestigious Kensington office.

You will be expected to obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets, find tenants and negotiate the lets of properties and most importantly, understand the area and have a sound knowledge of property values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record as a Lettings Valuer or Lettings Manager and will most likely have previous experience in the Prime Central London property market.

They are also likely to have some management capability and the ability to contribute to the formulation of business strategies as well as a willingness and flexibility to work loyally as part of a team. It would be beneficial to have good knowledge of the Kensington, Holland Park & Notting Hill areas.
