Reporting directly to the Lead HR Business Partner for the Commercial business this role will be at the heart of the people strategy in order to support the business in creating a competitive advantage through market leading operational services and forward thinking strategic workstreams.
The operational focus of the role is to partner the business to recruit, develop and engage exceptional talent and support each individual to define their journey to meet their own aspirations and those of Knight Frank.
This is a senior hire within the HR Department, yet the successful candidate should be prepared to roll their sleeves up and contribute on a tactical level, if required.
This role will lead and manage the annual HR processes for the following business areas:

Capital Markets & National Agency

London Offices
-
Knight Frank Investment Management LLP
Experience Required:

8+ years’ experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a Generalist HR Business Partner role.

Deep technical expertise across talent acquisition, organisational development and Employee Relation matters.

The ability to work at both the strategic and operational levels.

Able to prioritise effectively and still demonstrate attention to detail.

A strong background in HR policy and practice.

Ability to liaise at all levels within the Firm.

Presentation skills to attend Board meetings.
