Description

 

To be responsible for the management of prestigious residential buildings in Central London ensuring that the management is carried out in a professional and effective manner in accordance with Knight Frank best practise standards and ensuring all legislative requirements are met. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Management of the prestigious portfolio to ensure effective delivery to residents and the clients.
  • Ensure that all Health Safety and Environmental issues are managed in line with KF procedures and any electronic Health and Safety management system. To ensure compliance with all legislation relating to residential property.
  • To produce and monitor the Service Charge budgets for the site both annually and for reserve funds.
  • Produce regular management reports.
  • To monitor receipts from residents and ensure arrears are minimised.
  • To liaise with landlord’s solicitors as required on arrears. 
  • To consider all tenant applications for works to ensure they are correctly licenced. 
  • To deal with sales enquiries.
  • To ensure Lease terms are enforced. 
  • To communicate effectively with residents, resident associations and the Landlord.
  • To raise fees in a timely manner.
  • To read and understand the Team Procedures and be proactive in adding to them as matters might arise.
  • To promote the lines of business in a proactive manner with all contacts inside and outside of the firm.
