As the lead for the Agile PMO with the hub team, you will support Knight Frank to deliver the best software application available to support the requirements of its growing global business, now and in the future.  Hub delivers a bespoke CRM and property database application to satisfy complex requirements, with a multi-lingual web application and mobile app, used throughout the Knight Frank global business.

The Agile PMO will ensure work is aligned with business strategy and is prioritised appropriately based on agreed business value, aligned to agreed KF delivery methods (which are based around SAFe Scaled Agile)

It will also ensure there is clear leadership line of site as to when delivery of each strategic solution is forecast to be delivered, which Epics, features and User Stories support that strategic solution and that variation, as it occurs is clearly visible (time or cost variation).

The fundamental goal of the Agile PMO is to assure delivery of maximum value for the time and money available with minimum risk while quickly responding to changing business needs across the portfolio.  This is done by ensuring:

  • Maximum value is delivered through the dynamic and continual prioritization of work based on live and visible measures of value-for-money, time sensitivity and risk.
  • Risks are minimized and strong governance is provided through making work constantly visible and bringing the right people together early and often to take rapid decisions.  Big projects are broken down into smaller, more frequently delivered pieces, Value sliced into agreed MVP allowing for rapid delivery of value on an incremental basis and allowing the team to respond far better to changing business needs.
  • There is close collaboration between the Agile PMO, The Release Train Engineer (RTE) , Product Management and key stakeholders from the business and IT.

In order to be considered for the position, candidates should possess:
