We are looking for an Administrator to join our Residential Division. You will join a small but growing team within this division providing support to both the team based in our London Head Office on Baker Street and our account manager in Asia.  

As an Administrator within the Residential Division you will be working in a varied and dynamic role. You will be well organised with a great attention to detail as well as being creative as there is a wide scope of responsibilities and opportunities within this role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the production of marketing material for domestic and overseas property launches
  • Assisting Customer Care team with general administration tasks including minute taking and producing property details
  • General liaison with lettings offices and helping with handover of properties
  • Working with safety, tenancy progression and property management teams to make sure all listed properties are fully compliant
  • Updating of all relevant performance trackers

You will have at least 1 year of experience or relevant experience. You will be organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will be friendly and be able to create and maintain effective relationships. You will have excellent IT skills including Microsoft 365. Overall, you will be confident and adaptive.
