Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, the Residential Corporate Services department is looking to recruit a Japanese speaking Administrator to join their growing team. Supported by the Head of the Japan Desk, you will be responsible for dealing with all the administration for the tenancies, renewals administration,  translating documents, database management, preparing brochures and marketing collateral for the negotiators and assisting with all communications for the Japan Desk.

The successful candidate will be able to speak fluent Japanese and have a minimum of 12 months’ administration experience ideally within a lettings role. will have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills as well as being highly organised.
