Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, the Residential Corporate Services department is looking to recruit a Japanese speaking Account Executive. Supported by the Head the Japan Desk, you will be responsible for business generation in line with business targets and the management of relocation requirements. You will a diverse database of clients on the relocation and rental home search process matching prospective tenants with properties, conduct property tours and advising on lease terms.


The successful candidate will be able to speak fluent Japanese and have a minimum of 12 months’ residential lettings experience as well as knowledge of London property market. You will have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills along will being an enthusiastic negotiator. You must have a UK drivers licence and knowledge of London would be extremely beneficial.
