12 Week Residential Placement - Country Sales (Outer London)

Our work placement programme provides the ideal opportunity to learn more about Knight Frank and the fast- paced property industry while gaining experience in one of our Country Sales offices. Over the 12-week placement, there will be networking events, extensive exposure to real clients and opportunity to work with industry experts. You will be placed in one team for the duration of your internship within our residential division. Pre-existing knowledge of real estate isn't essential because we'll equip you with all the tools for success. 

During the placement, you will have access to our Early Careers team to discuss future roles and programmes. At the end of the placement, you will have the opportunity to attend a fast-track interview for our Graduate Schemes. 

To be successful, you will need:

• Confidence and enthusiasm, with the passion to excel in residential property
• A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments
• A strong desire to develop great people skills in your career, as communication and relationship building is at the heart of what we do
• A valid driving licence, allowing you to drive in the UK.

We are hiring across the Country: Cobham, Surrey; Esher, Surrey; Weybridge, Surrey; Edinburgh, Scotland; Bath, Somerset; Bristol, North Somerset; Exeter, Devon; Cheltenham. Gloucestershire; Cirencester, Gloucestershire; Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire; Tunbridge Wells, Kent; Sevenoaks, Kent; Marylebone, London – HQ, in the Country Department covering the whole of the UK.

If successful in this stage, you will be asked to select your preferred office locations.
