Knight Frank is looking to hire an Executive Support to provide administrative support for Leeds Commercial’s Agency departments.

Role:
This is a role is for a highly motivated, results driven Executive Support individual, supporting team members within the Leeds Commercial Agency departments. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to our agency teams assisting with their property marketing and the wider business support team ensuring the smooth running of a busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 executive support to Team Heads, including proactive diary and email management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Coordinate internal and external presentations with creative and business development teams, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Prepare various documents, including pitch/presentation materials, letters, memos, minutes, and reports, ensuring accurate formatting and quality.
- Manage marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and property websites.
- Arrange UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries and travel packs.
- Act as an Ambassador for the Leeds office, maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Coordinate team financial tasks, including WIP sheet reconciliation and client invoicing, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support team meetings by attending, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee corporate travel, including team meetings, conferences, and strategy away days, with relevant attendee packs.
- Provide office support, including greeting clients, managing supplies, and assisting with health and safety audits.
- Assist in onboarding new starters, coordinating inductions, and maintaining CPD records for the team.
- Support processes and efficiencies, including HUB coordination, risk management, audit compliance, and information security.
- Serve as the marketing coordinator, managing social media, event invites, and collateral in line with brand guidelines.
- Provide project support for corporate CRM, business development, and event management, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate across departments, providing assistance during pressure points and ensuring best practices are shared.
Key Experience Required:
- 3+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
