Knight Frank is looking to hire a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator.  Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Leeds Commercial teams, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department. A highly motivated Business Support Coordinator.  Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Leeds Commercial teams, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Team financial support: Wip sheet reconciliation, expenses, invoices, referral support
  • Minute taking for weekly team meetings
  • Compose correspondence: audio, typing, letters, memos, design documents, newsletters
  • Answer emails and requests for information
  • Maintain teams schedules through diary support, internal/external meeting room bookings and conference calls
  • Board management meetings, minutes and follow-ups
  • IT liaison: troubleshoot system errors for the team
  • Corporate travel arrangements: organising team meetings and conferences, strategy away days etc
  • Working collaboratively with the Leeds Business Support network to ensure best practice.

 

 

Key Experience Required:

 

  • 1 year+ experience in similar administrative position
  • Property experience ideal but not necessary
  • Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suit
  • Team player
