Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking)

We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Job Summary

You will assist in prospecting and providing strategic real estate advice to clients in the Kowloon office leasing sector. You will also help with business development and managing leasing transactions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, personal networking and structured canvassing
  • Assist in formulating and executing strategic real estate plan for clients
  • Analyse and evaluate options for clients
  • Work with the team to develop and execute client strategy and platform strategy
  • Manage commercial property leasing transactions
  • Promote and market both the Company and Kowloon Office Strategy & Solutions Dept to clients
     

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline, with at least 2 years of working experience in the commercial or residential sectors
  • Holder of Estate Agent’s licence
  • Proficiency in spoken Japanese (JLPT N2)
  • High sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must work well independently as well as part of the team
     

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Manager.
