Scope

Knight Frank is seeking a talented, driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Shared Services Centre within the Global Capital Markets team. Our Headquarters is in Singapore and we are looking to grow the team in Kuala Lumpur to support our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes a dynamic environment where they can build new tools, share new ideas and really drive change.

 

Reporting to the Head of Global Capital Markets, the analyst will play a pivotal role in in providing crucial analytical insights, optimizing processes and providing comprehensive CRM support. There will also be opportunities for cross-functional exposure working with Marketing and other global teams on sales and client related initiatives.

 

This is a hands-on role and the candidate should have deep expertise in data analytics, visualization and dashboard management with the ability to flex among various data tools according to the problem and data. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical and possess creative problem-solving skills, is customer obsessed and have foresight to anticipate business needs and balance business dynamics despite constraints.

 

Collaboration is paramount in this role, as the candidate will be expected to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Organisation skills are essential for facilitating data coordination, ensuring adherence to timelines and requirements, and maintaining a comprehensive repository of materials, such as financial records, deal resumes, case studies and references.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent management skills

  • Proficient in MS PowerBI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) is essential

What you will be doing

 

  • Knowledge Library – work with GCM Coordinator to maintain an online knowledge management platform to store and share data with the company. This is on MS SharePoint so experience in using this software will be a plus
  • Data Collection – work with stakeholders across the business to collect company data around our services on an agreed frequency and upload information onto the Knowledge Management Library and our Teams site
  • Pitch and Client Support – support our GCM team in pulling relevant data and baseline from the CRM and Knowledge Library. This may include selecting relevant PowerPoint slides from the Knowledge Library and putting them together in a pitch deck. It could also be pulling proposal baseline content and inserting in client templates.
  • Sales Reporting – extract data from CRM system to generate sales reporting to inform senior stakeholders on sales trends, client activity and performance
  • Cross-functional Sales Support – where required, work directly with other stakeholders such as Marketing on sales-related initiatives
