The Branding & Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that strengthen the brand identity and promote the services of Knight Frank Malaysia. The role requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and strategic planning, with a focus on driving engagement, leads, and brand visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email marketing, etc.).
- Optimize marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through digital touchpoints.
- Manage paid online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and ensure ROI optimization.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow followers, boost engagement, and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
- SEO & Website Management:
- Optimize the website for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve rankings for relevant keywords.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage website updates and ensure seamless user experience.
- Monitor web analytics, and use data insights to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize data-driven marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM systems) to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Brand Strategy & Development:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive branding strategies that align with the corporate goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Miscellaneous:
- Oversee the production of Knight Frank Merchandise
- Ensure all content aligns with Knight Frank’s brand guidelines and voice.
- Monitor brand reputation and work on brand-building initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising).
- Proficiency in content creation and management across various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Experience in real estate or property management industry (preferred but not essential).
