The Branding & Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that strengthen the brand identity and promote the services of Knight Frank Malaysia. The role requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and strategic planning, with a focus on driving engagement, leads, and brand visibility across digital channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email marketing, etc.).
    • Optimize marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through digital touchpoints.
    • Manage paid online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and ensure ROI optimization.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow followers, boost engagement, and increase brand visibility.
    • Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.
    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
  • SEO & Website Management:
    • Optimize the website for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve rankings for relevant keywords.
    • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage website updates and ensure seamless user experience.
    • Monitor web analytics, and use data insights to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize data-driven marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM systems) to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Brand Strategy & Development:
    • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive branding strategies that align with the corporate goals.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Miscellaneous:
    • Oversee the production of Knight Frank Merchandise
    • Ensure all content aligns with Knight Frank’s brand guidelines and voice.
    • Monitor brand reputation and work on brand-building initiatives.

 

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising).
  • Proficiency in content creation and management across various platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in real estate or property management industry (preferred but not essential).
